My family took a trip to Utah last weekend. Along the way, I could not help myself but to take these pictures. My sweet family even waited patiently for me. I couldn't decide what I liked best, so here are my favorites!

Sneak Peak for Mary & Aaron!! {Wedding Photographer, Dallas, Texas}
What an incredible trip this was for me! Less than 24 hours away from home...I left for Dallas in the evening on Friday and got back by 7:30 pm on Saturday. Mary & Aaron had a beautiful, intimate, family/kid-friendly wedding in the club house for Mary's condo. Talk about a nice club house. It was beautiful. Mary's daughter's along with her nieces and nephews surrounded she and Aaron as they took their vows. The rest of the family and friends circled around close by. I tried to be a fly on the wall, but ended up squatting in front of the crowd or pouncing on the couch just behind them to get in close for the shots. But, I love this family! They never seem to stress much and are always accommodating.
So, I'm only posting two of my favorites right now. I feel like I have overwhelmed the Smith family crew with so many images. But, anyway - these are my two favorites of the day I think. They are just fun! Mary & Aaron - thank you for such an incredible time. I LOVED being with you and your family! Your pictures will be ready for viewing VERY soon!

Mr. G & family Sneak Peak! {Children Photographer, Englewood, CO}
What a fun day we had at the park. This beautiful family is so kind to me. Being completely directionally impaired and even though you should recognize this beautiful blue-eyed boys face because I HAVE been to his home before - you wouldn't think so by my ability to get lost on the way there. But, with big blue balloons in tow, I believe all was forgiven :)
I have a ton of editing to do. I took off almost right after their shoot to get packed up for a less than 24 hour trip to Dallas to do the wedding pictures for Mary and Aaron (whose engagement and family pictures you can see in the earlier post). What a whirlwind weekend it was. So, with plenty of editing ahead of me, it is time to put my nose to the grindstone and get busy.
But, because I couldn't pass up editing this image and getting it on here - here is just a small sampling of what you can look forward to seeing from Mr. G. Happy birthday pal! Hope it was a spectacular day - you've earned it!

101 Posts and it's a Sneek Peak! {Family & Engagement Photography, Dallas, Texas}
I know that most of this beautiful family will have already seen their pictures online by the time this is up, but you can find out my faves! That's important too right? Actually sometimes I just like to see the not so expected pictures that take place during a shoot that end up being priceless!
So, here's my shout out to the fabulous Smith Family! You guys are incredible! I am so thankful to have counted many of you as my friends since I was young (not that I'm old :)) but, you get the idea!
And Mary & Aaron - can't wait to see you this weekend for the wedding! Enjoy the engagement pictures!
And Lacey, the one with you guys and the sippy cup, there is another one that I edited it out. You can see that one online. I just wanted to get her face in this one! Too sweet.
So, enjoy all!

North Carolina Madness! {Family Photographer, Outer Banks, North Carolina}
Okay, well I have finally finished editing all my pictures from my adventure to North Carolina! This trip was an absolute blast! Plus the area we were able to photograph in was incredible. The timing of the shoot could have been better, but you win some you lose some...
So, enjoy some of my favorites!

Trip to Arkansas...fun shoots
I had hoped for more photo shoots, but I won't complain. I got to do 3 family shoots and 1 senior shoot. So, all in all - it was definitely busy. I had the best time though. The best was that I got to see my sister Brooke and her family AND my brother Jason and his family AND my mom and dad! It was great. I just wish Tim could have come too.
But, I have to post some of my very favorite images from the trip!
Here is the H. Family - these gorgeous girls are sisters (all five of them).

Then we have the W. Family - what a cool location this place was. Gorgeous lake, fun random barns and wheels to spin water, and a great looking crew!
And this is the second W. Family - we took pictures by a pond in someone's backyard and then some indoor shots. My favorites are always outdoors though. This family also let me take the senior pictures for their oldest daughter. They have EIGHT kids in total. Get this - I still remember all their names! I'm very proud.
