Sneak Peek for Kelley & Chris {Wedding Photographer, Colorado Springs}

This was such a treat. I had a great time photographing your wedding! Kelley was so precious the entire day, her heart was resting on her sleeve. And Chris, the ever-protective one. He is a good man. Thank you for letting me share in a part of your special day. Becky, Kelley's sister was my right-hand woman! Becky if you are reading this - THANK YOU!!! It could not have been the successful day (photographically speaking) that it was without you! And Cheryl, you know I love you girl! It was great to be able to spend time with you and enjoy your family! So, without further adieu -

Urban {Children Photographer, Denver, Colorado}

I always find myself trying to 'sell' the idea of the downtown, urban look in children or family portraits. Obviously and most importantly, I want my clients to go where they want to go and get the images they are hoping for - but, sometimes giving them an option that they wouldn't normally consider or even think about is fun. So, just to give you and idea of how fun/cool an urban setting can be, check out the images below.

Sneak Peak for Camie & Nick {Littleton Family Portrait Photographer, Chatfield, Colorado}

Camie and Nick, despite Nick's serious face, I found myself laughing constantly, blathering on with only minimal intakes of air, and thoroughly and completely enjoying myself. These two are truly wonderful individuals. I would have happily hung out with them for hours, and I did drag my feet a little to make the time stretch...just a little. No, honestly I really had a wonderful time. Camie had a great eye for picking locations. The backside to Chatfield is gorgeous. She picked this amazing open field full of tall, tall grass with beautiful, white barked trees to play among as well. I was proud of myself for having picked it without her mentioning it. Nick, you are a stud - the GQ look definitely suits you, but I loved seeing your smile when you laughed, even if I wasn't quick enough on my trigger finger to catch it....this time. But, next time don't be so sure! Enjoy the sneak peek my friends!

{just a quick note: notice Nick's strategic placement when it comes to "tossing the leaves into the air". Camie, all innocently throws them high to the sky while Nick, on the other, makes a line drive of leaves aimed straight for Camie's face. You've gotta love boys.}

Sneak Peak for Trisha & John...and kids {Family Portrait Photography, Parker, CO}

What a really great family these guys have. Thank you so much for letting me be a small part of your family's day. Even Mac, the dog, was awesome. You know how we photographer's can sometimes get caught up in the idea that counting to 3 is by far one of the coolest things known to man...well, Mac the dog agreed. Yep, almost every time I said "3", no matter where he happened to be looking moments before - he would turn, face me, and give me a big ole cheesy grin...well, okay - but he did turn and face me and for that I was very thankful. John & Trisha - your kids are incredible individuals. I loved meeting all of you and to see the love that is rich and full and all encompassing around your family. Enjoy the little preview!

...all because these two fell in love.

Sneak Peek for Miss K. {Senior Portraits, Chaparral High School, Colorado}

Miss K - This was so much fun! Honestly, it's hard to be a grown up/adult when I get to hang around fun seniors! That sounds so much stupid-er than intended. What I am trying to say is that when I am around people like Miss. K (and of course her friend Miss E.) it is difficult to feel like I am 29 instead of 19. I don't feel older. Anyway, enough about me and on to your fabulous shoot! That was so much fun. I had a great time entreating you to my new vocabulary and hanging out laughing. You are so beautiful. I hope you can see why I loved these images so much!

Sneak Peek for The P. Family! {Family Photographer, Elizabeth, Colorado}

This is one very sweet, very cool family! The kids are incredible. I have to give a special thanks to their oldest daughter who was truly so accommodating and there was something very peaceful about the sound of her easy laugh. I really had a wonderful time with you all, even though I managed to stick my hand in goose droppings...not my best moment, but at least I did it with friends! Enjoy the pictures!

Sneak Peek for Miss E & Mr. T {Senior Portraits, Parker, CO}

I had such a great time with these two! Mr. T is a good friend of mine and I was thrilled to get to his senior shoot! And Miss E. I met because of Mr. T because I was able to take some of their Prom pictures! I was laughing so much. They were hilarious and are such great friends! Because of the delay in posting these, there are quite a few! Enjoy!!

I love this one - Miss E. came to hug Mr. T and nearly knocked him flat. It was a tough squeeze to be sure!

Sneak Peek for some Sweet Girls & their parents {Newborn, Child and Family Photographer, Aurora, CO}

I know these are coming later than I planned, but I had to share them because they were so precious. Little Misses A. & E. were so precious. Miss A. is a hoot and knows how to really work the camera. And she is going to be an amazing big sis to Miss E. The family adores this little one, and how could you not - knowing only a few weeks before she was sent from heaven. She was so tired and it took an effort to keep more than one eye open at a time :) Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your day and your family's!

Miss S and her momma - words can not express how much fun I had with you today! What a blast! I honestly couldn't wait to get just a few of these up for you. These aren't even close to what fun I have in store for the rest of your images. But, just to give you a snippit, a bit of a teaser...enjoy! Please tell your friend, Miss L - thanks for making you smile!

What a blast I had with this talented young man and his mom! Mr. A - I expect great things out of you! Thank you for indulging all my silly ideas and helping me spot out some great locations. Can I get your support?

Hey friends! Well, I just wondered if you would be willing to click HERE and let others know what you think about my business. This site is AWESOME and gives parents a way to access others opinions about kid resources around where they live. Anyway, I would sincerely appreciate your vote! I'm not up for this years vote (too late now...but I would love to get ready for next year. This is apparently something that goes along all year long!)

Thanks so much!
