I was shocked last night as I read about Heath Ledger's death. Hollywood lives are not ones of envy. I thought about that this morning as I watched my little one run to her dance class. She was so happy and excited without a care or concern in the world. My mind was running through a list of to do's and a checklist of things that probably wouldn't get done for quite some time. My thoughts also went through the typical mommy thoughts of "man, I'm not so good at this - even after this much time", "can I really do this as well as the next person on the street", "what can I do to improve on my ability to raise these guys right?" - and my sweetheart - she was just excited to go dance and be carefree.
I love her attitude and we could all benefit from taking a minute to just live.
